| Yes. We are open to receive telephone calls and telephone orders from 8.00am - 10.00pm - 7 days / Week.
Of course the web site is open to take orders 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
There may be occasions when there are no staff available to take calls but an answer service via our Call Centre is always provided - so please simply leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

| Can you deliver your products to addresses other than my home address? |

| Yes. We offer a free delivery service on many of our products throughout mainland UK. there are certain more remote area's where we have to charge for delivery on some of our larger products. | We use a 128 bit incription on all information passed through the secure section of our site. The secure section is all area's beyond the shopping basket and most certainly all area's where your credit/debit card details are likely to pass.
By using our system, you pass your credit/debit card information direct to an automated payment service provider who again operate to the highest standards of security. This means that credit card details for purchase made on line are not recorded by our staff. This adds in another layer of security.
We can quite confidently state that our system is very much safer and less liable to fraud than for example handing over your card in a restaurant or a petrol station. |
