Gudrum Lisette Octagonal Summer House: The largest of this collection, this impressive octagonal summer house with a log cabin style finish as it features double glazing and is constructed of superb quality 44mm North European Spruce. This pavilion styled wooden summerhouse would look stylish in any garden. Also features double doors, two fixed windows, one to to either side of the doors and four double opening windows on the side which ensures there is plenty of light and lovely views of your garden.

• If the Summerhouse is to be assembled in a restricted space; there should be an allowance made for roof overhang to the both sides and rear of the building of 30cm roof overhang.
• The cabin can be supplied with optional Bituminous Felt (Shed Felt) Roofing or Bitumen Felt Shingles in a Choice of Two Colours: Black or Green. Shingles supplied are Square Ended and NOT Shaped as shown in Main Image
• In common with most outdoor buildings, this summer house is delivered untreated and will Require the Application of a good quality timber preservative.

All Orders over £50.00 are delivered to ALL ENGLAND ADDRESSES FREE OF CHARGE

and most UK mainland addresses free of charge. The price you see for a product is the price you pay, including VAT & Delivery. Where Products of below £50-00 in value are shown as having Free Delivery this means when aggregated with other products to achieve minimum order value of £50.00.

Orders Below £50.00 in value have a £4.00 delivery charge applied.  THERE ARE NO OTHER DELIVERY CHARGES TO MAINLAND ENGLAND ADDRESSES.

Most products are Delivered Free of Charge to Scotland and Wales - however owing to Carriers Costs - Certain Products to Scottish and Welsh Addresses have a delivery charge applied in Check out Section - these are made very clear prior to any of your details being entered onto our system

Orders placed during a weekend where next day delivery is stated will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday. Bank Holiday Weekends: Next Day Delivery Orders received over a bank holiday weekend will usually be delivered on the following Wednesday. No deliveries are made between Christmas and New Year.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your product any unopened non-faulty items returned by you to our premises or address of our choosing complete with packaging, manuals / instructions and any fixings within 14 days (7 Days in the case of Timber or Stone Products) of purchase may obtain a full refund. If it is required that we collect there will be a carriage cost.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer for the receiving by us our our agents of faulty goods i.e. please insure goods that are returned to us as the liability for goods whilst in transit is yours.
