Gudrum BBQ Lodge Log Cabin is a superb individual and very useful 8 sided building giving an attractive shape and unique feature to the garden. This garden cabin has a single door and 4 double glazed windows with rubber seals and the door and window frames are made from laminated timber. Includes an option to include a wood burning grill with smoke extraction hood to complete the building as a BBQ Lodge. Beautiful addition to any garden which is perfect for entertaining!

Additional Notes:

• If the Log Cabin is to be Assembled in a restricted space; there should be an allowance made for roof overhang to the both sides and rear of the building of 30cm roof overhang
• The cabin can be supplied with optional Bituminous Felt (Shed Felt) Roofing or Green / Black Felt Shingles
• Please Note: In Common with most log cabins, this log cabin is delivered untreated and will require the application of a good quality timber Preservative.
• The Cabin when supplied without the Grill option will not have the Chimney Vent included, the roof will be capped. Image shows Building with the BBQ and the chimney option.

All Orders over £50.00 are delivered to ALL ENGLAND ADDRESSES FREE OF CHARGE

and most UK mainland addresses free of charge. The price you see for a product is the price you pay, including VAT & Delivery. Where Products of below £50-00 in value are shown as having Free Delivery this means when aggregated with other products to achieve minimum order value of £50.00.

Orders Below £50.00 in value have a £4.00 delivery charge applied.  THERE ARE NO OTHER DELIVERY CHARGES TO MAINLAND ENGLAND ADDRESSES.

Most products are Delivered Free of Charge to Scotland and Wales - however owing to Carriers Costs - Certain Products to Scottish and Welsh Addresses have a delivery charge applied in Check out Section - these are made very clear prior to any of your details being entered onto our system

All Deliveries to addresses outside the UK Mainland Will Incur a delivery charge.

Please assume that delivery of larger Items for example including Sheds, Summerhouses, Log Cabins, Greenhouses, Garden Structures is to Kerb Side.  Many Delivery Drivers (but not all) will help to move items beyond the kerb.

Orders placed during a weekend where next day delivery is stated will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday. Bank Holiday Weekends: Next Day Delivery Orders received over a bank holiday weekend will usually be delivered on the following Wednesday. No deliveries are made between Christmas and New Year.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your product any unopened non-faulty items returned by you to our premises or address of our choosing complete with packaging, manuals / instructions and any fixings within 14 days (7 Days in the case of Timber or Stone Products) of purchase may obtain a full refund. If it is required that we collect there will be a carriage cost.

The Company accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer for the receiving by us our our agents of faulty goods i.e. please insure goods that are returned to us as the liability for goods whilst in transit is yours.
