Gudrum Classics Ltd collects information from our users at several different points on our website. Orders We request or used stored information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer’s orders. The contact information including Name, Address and Telephone Number may be passed to suppliers and carriers in order to fulfill the order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

When you place an order our web site will automatically go through the following processes. These processes do not feature an opt out option as it is necessary that that you receive the information for the fullfilment of your order:

3) You may be contacted by us, our suppliers or a courier to arrange delivery

All in coming and out-going telephone conversations may be recorded and may be used in communications between us or as evidence of "Verbal Contract" or otherwise. Recordings, where held, are for our sole use and will not be held for a period of longer than 12 months. Not all conversations are recorded. Recordings of conversations will not be forwarded except to comply with any legislative statute, Police requests or by instruction from a Court of Law or other legislative bodies.
