Pick your delivery day

Here at Garden Chic, we strive for the best possible customer experience and are always looking for ways to make your experience better when shopping with us.

We now offer a "Pick a Day" Delivery service for selected brands, where you can easily select your desired delivery day, and have your favourite garden sheds, summer houses, log cabins & more delivered with peace of mind, and in and around your daily routine.

Currently our Pick a Day delivery service is available on these brands:

Mercia

Shire

Forest Garden (selected lines)

Below is a quick and easy guide on how to pick your delivery day:

1. Find your desired product which falls under the eligible brands stated above
2. Just above the 'add to basket' button you should see a section that has a box containing some working stating "ENTER POSTCODE" under the title 'delivery date'
3. Enter your postcode into the field and hit "search"
4. You can now use the arrow button to enter the list of dates available for your to choose from. You can always hit the "reset" button if you wish to change the date.
5. If you have successfully requested a date it should display some text saying "requested delivery date: Fri Mar 24 2023" which translates to "Friday March 24th 2023".
6. Once you see this message you can then hit the "add to basket" button which will save the date to your order.
7. You can now proceed to the checkout
